Mwahhaahaha. Sorry I got carried away, I just wanted to be all evil like I was going to be harsh and then be all nice. If that made any sense at all :3
Constructive Critique
All right the first thing I want to start out by saying is I love how you made sure that the horse fit the background. Some people forget the fact that it can really effect how natural the manipulation looks if you don't have a horse that really looks like they belong in the picture.
Second, I really like the mane and tail. One thing you might want to try and improve on is getting a little more shadows and highlights in the mane/tail and when doing so, make sure to notice where your light source is coming from in the background.
Third I want to say is that the ripples look good but as for the reflection, you might want to lower the opacity slightly since there isn't a ton of light source coming into the picture and maybe add a little ripples to the reflection so it blends in better.
Other then that very well done. I picked a hard one to critique since there wasn't much that I could tell that you could work on or anything :3 Good job mah dear.
